Teacher’s Black Box is a box of items which will include “basic and innovative supplies to enhance their educational impact”. Now I am not a teacher but if you put a chance to get stationery in front of me, there’s only a small chance I’ll turn it down. They also say there will be a snack in every box. Boxes start at $20.00 but go down with longer terms. Normally the shipping on this one would have stopped me from ordering but they were offering a promo code “ONETIME” that gave you free shipping on orders over $50. That code is still valid so make sure you use it if you want to sign up. Let’s see what my first box has brought me.
Can I just say that I hate these paper shreds??? They get everywhere and make such a mess. I wasn’t expecting a pencil case in here though.
Well I found my snack. These are delicious and I’m not sharing.
I lose or break staplers at an incredible rate so this makes me happy. It’s so cute and blue and comes with staples.
Here is the other side of the case. As you can see those paper bits are stuck and I can’t get them off. I can see more treats inside there though.
In the one pouch was a supply of good basic supplies. We have various sized paper clips, regular and pencil top erasers, rubber bands, a pencil sharpener, and a small ruler.
Inside we had more useful items. Dry erase marker, permanent marker, black pens, pencils, small scissors, white out tape, scotch tape, and a glue stick. With two small kids, all of these things will come in handy sooner rather than later.
The last few things in there are by no means the least. We have a pack of Post-It Flag+Highlighter+Pens, sticky note divider tabs, and a badge holder. I just bought myself those tab dividers a little while ago and I’m happy to get more.
As my first box from them I am okay with it. I can see how these things would be useful for a teacher and they also work well for those of us who love these things. I’m not sure how any of these particular items are innovative but maybe I’m missing that part of it. You can find this box on CrateJoy if you are interested.
