Ipsy Glam Bag is a beauty subscription that comes in a pink bubble mailer. It is $10USD per month and includes deluxe samples and full sized products. All of your products come in a reusable makeup bag. This months theme is Prep School. All Ipsy bags are selected for the individual person so there is a wide variety of products possible to receive, based on answers you give to a survey and your reviews of your bags. There are plenty of spoilers with this one and you can see exactly what you will be getting a few days before your bag arrives by logging in to your account. This is my last bag from them as my plan has expired.
I love the bag this month! If there was the themed card I never noticed it so I have no idea what it is.
NYX Cosmetics Ipsy Eyeshadow Trio-$3.00
I like these colours! This is a special group made for Ipsy but I took the price off of their standard 3 tone shadows. I have received a few NYX products before and have found them to be easy to use and good products. My last bag is starting off on a high note.
Evelyn Iona Cosmetics Cream Blush in Ash-$1.13
I had a bit of a reaction to a product a few days ago so my skin is not at it’s best as I try this. That being said I was able to blend this in nicely and it might even make me reconsider my normal avoidance of cream blushes. I thought the colour was going to be crazy pink but it turned out to be natural looking.
treStiQue Mini Matte Lip Crayon in Nantucket Nude-$10.67
These ones are always a bit scary to get since the cap looks like it’s the end of the product and you expect a mess. This is an okay colour for me but is just a touch to tan to look great. It might be a occasional wearer instead of my new favourite colour.
Not Soap, Radio Hand/Body Lotion in The Phoenix-$1.68
I have received a body wash from this company in a previous box and thought it was okay. The scent is supposed to be uplifting and it really is. It’s a blend of persimmon and plum and so juicy almost that I love it. I cannot stop smelling my hands now.
Bayberry Naturals Rosehip & Hibiscus Moisturizer-$1.95
This is a facial moisturizer that is vegan, organic, and has no sulfates, parabens, phthalates, or artificial dyes or fragrances. I’m hoping it has the ability to help my skin heal after what it’s been through in the past few days, soooo itchy and red and bumpy. The fact that this has none of the crazy stuff that normally causes reactions gives me hope.
This months bag has a value of $18.43. That is quite low but as it’s my last bag and I like the stuff in it I guess there is no point to complaining. There were three full sized items this month and the rest are multiple use sizes. If you would like to get in on the bag you can use my link. You can also visit their website by clicking here.
