NYC Metro Girl is a monthly subscription box that sends you eight soap samples and a monthly gift based on the theme of the month for $18.00. I find that this box ships really quick and only takes just over a week to get to me. This months theme is Sharing is Caring, since November is Thanksgiving in the States.
The box is always tightly packed so nothing moves around. The little newsletter and business card.
Choco Coco Soap and Avocado Moisturizing Bar Soap
Vanilla Moi Noir Soap and Starry Snowflake Soap
I love the shaped soaps they send out each month. I never want to use them but love getting them.
Orange Guava Soap, Warm Vanilla Sugar Soap, Flirty Fairy Soap, and Sexy Tease Soap.
These all smell really good. They always include some seasonally scented soaps so you can have the right smells for every option.
Sugar Scrub Gumdrops
This is this months bonus item. You received two this month because of the theme, you are supposed to give one away to a friend. If you do and post a pic of it on Facebook or Instagram you will be entered to win a free month subscription.
I enjoy getting this box and the soaps last a long time. Each one is half an ounce but even with a daily shower it lasts me a week or more. I guess if you have a lot of body hair or if you let your whole family use them that would go down. Full sized soaps run at 4oz for $6.00 so they are still a good buy if you absolutely love a scent you receive. You can visit their website at www.nycmetrogirl.com to see what they are all about.
